BOTTLE PROJECTS

AVENUES COLLECTION

The Avenues Collection are beers made for ageing, this doesn’t mean you can’t drink them fresh, but they can be kept a lot longer as they are either high in ABV, or went through a secondary fermentation with Lactobacillus or Brettanomyces. All the beers in the Avenues Collection are bottle-conditioned, corked and capped. They can sometimes be a bit lively, so be aware when de-corking. We will only brew a small batch of each beer in the collection yearly, and every bottle comes with the bottle number and year of production.

This beer will benefit from aging for a couple of months or even years.

Park is a 120-shilling Scotch Strong Ale which is true to style being full- bodied and malt-forward, predominantly featuring caramel malt flavours. MIXED FERMENTATION COLLECTION

Our Mixed Fermentation Collection beers utilise a combination of yeast and multiple microbiota in the fermentation process. These beers are made for ageing.

This is an homage to the spontaneously fermented wild ales of Belgium. Given the somewhat magical nature of the beer’s fermentation and concoction of microorganisms, we named the beer after the German fantasy book Wunschpunsch. This translates to “wish punch” and is the story of brewing a potion to grant all of ones wishes. A mixed blend of Belgian microbiota is pitched and fermented for 365 days, after which we add our fruits, which then condition for another three months. Each batch will contain a different fruit blend which we hope will fulfil the wishes of all beer lovers!
